Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Analyst to join our team at OCCON. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data of customer projects, including preparation, cleaning, and plausibility checks, as well as clarification with customers.
- Develop and maintain RFI/RFQ structures, including defining columns, content, and rules.
- Set up and test our in-house e-sourcing solution, u-tender.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers, both internally and externally.
- Document data and processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Search for and engage with suppliers, both actively and passively.
- Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Award contracts and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor and control projects, including spot updates throughout the year.
- Prepare and deliver reports, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships, both internally and externally.
- Manage customer requirements and support their development.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain and improve our e-sourcing solution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup functions.
- Fluent in English, with German a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality and results.
- Experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, either as a supplier or industry professional.
- Result-oriented and quality-focused, with a precise approach to work.
- High degree of customer service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and develop, with a commitment to company standards.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and creative.
