Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in utilizing data to inform and drive strategic business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various teams and business partners to formulate key questions, gain a comprehensive understanding of business domains and processes, create and analyze diverse datasets. Your insights and data-driven business cases will be instrumental in the growth and success of our products.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives.
- Develop an analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes.
- Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions.
- Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics.
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making.
- Support the business decision-making process by generating analytical solutions leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-based 'proof of concept' frameworks.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a business context.
- Strong zeal for data crunching and wrangling.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
