Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team at OCCON. As a key member of our logistics consulting team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the field of supply chain management and transport procurement.
Key Responsibilities- RFI/FRQ/SPOT Process Support: Manage data of customer projects, including preparation, cleaning, and plausibility checks, as well as clarification with customers.
- RFI/RFQ Structure Definition: Define the structure of RFI/RFQ documents, including columns, content, and rules.
- Technical Setup and Testing: Set up and test our in-house e-sourcing solution, u-tender.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding their projects and requirements.
- Data and Process Documentation: Document data and processes related to customer projects.
- Supplier Search and Support: Search for and support suppliers, including active and passive communication.
- Analysis of Reasonable Scenarios: Analyze and evaluate different scenarios for customer projects.
- Awarding and Communication: Award contracts to suppliers and communicate the results to customers.
- Monitoring and Controlling: Monitor and control customer projects, including spot updates during the year.
- Reporting: Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Requirements Management: Manage customer requirements and support their development.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a competitive market knowledge.
- E-Sourcing Solution Maintenance: Maintain our in-house e-sourcing solution.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong MS Office Skills: Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, are required.
- Fluent in English: Fluency in English is a must.
- German Beneficial: Knowledge of German is beneficial.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Procurement and/or Supply Chain Experience: Experience in procurement and/or supply chain management is required.
- Result and Quality Orientation: A result and quality-oriented approach is necessary.
- High Degree of Customer Service Orientation: A high degree of customer service orientation is required.
- Willingness to Learn and Develop: A willingness to learn and develop is essential.
