Business Analyst - ServiceNow Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our ServiceNow team at KPMG. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their digital transformation journeys, leveraging ServiceNow as a key enabler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, build, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing expert advice on ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct business analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending ServiceNow solutions to address these needs.
  • Work closely with our ServiceNow implementation team to ensure successful project delivery, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide training and support to clients on ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are able to maximize the value of their investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and improve them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, PSA, etc.) are a plus.
