We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Team Lead at Remote Team Solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and track team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training plans to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales leadership.
