Position: Lead Customer Service Team at Travel & Beyond
Are you prepared to introduce innovative concepts and propel our Customer Service Team to new heights? If so, you have found the perfect opportunity at Travel & Beyond.
We are in search of an enthusiastic Lead Customer Service Team (m/f/d) to oversee our expanding Service Team. In this capacity, you will cultivate your team through a proactive approach and a strong focus on client satisfaction, initiating process enhancements aligned with our expansion to achieve our collective objectives.
Your Duties
- Directing and expanding our team of Service Representatives with an emphasis on logistics
- Passionate about team building: You will be responsible for onboarding new team members in partnership with HR
- Efficiency through data: Leading ongoing, data-informed improvements of our workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Client satisfaction is paramount: You will establish measurable success through tailored metrics and KPIs to sustainably boost client satisfaction
Your Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in a managerial position within Customer Service, Travel Coordination, Client Relations, or related fields (including disciplinary responsibilities)
- Preferably, experience in the travel industry and/or B2B software services
- You excel at prioritizing tasks, possess an agile work style, and can simplify complex topics
- With your proactive mindset, you foster a motivating atmosphere for your team, recognize strengths and growth opportunities, and drive progress
- You have a knack for technology and are familiar with tools such as Zendesk, Cloud Communication, and Google Workspace
- You can lead a team based on performance metrics and are process-oriented, with initial experience in project and process management
- Client and service orientation are inherent to your character
- Proficient in German and possess strong English language skills to complement your profile
