Position Overview

Location: Baden-Württemberg area

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a love for the outdoor and cycling industries, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Cultivating and enhancing relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new clients in the outdoor and cycling markets.
  • Product Expertise: Offering knowledgeable product consultations and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Initiatives: Organizing and executing promotional activities, participating in trade exhibitions, and showcasing our innovative products.
  • Market Insights: Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Engaging in regular discussions regarding sales efforts and customer feedback, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Sales Targets: Achieving and surpassing sales goals within the designated territory.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving substantial sales results, preferably in the outdoor or cycling sectors.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English for professional interactions.
