About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Beckmann und Partner. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Provide technical and functional advice to our clients on IT authorization management, SoD Matrix and function separation, and ProzessPlus.
  • Project Management: Support and lead technical and functional aspects of projects, including analysis and implementation of new processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our consulting team to enhance the service portfolio and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Experience: Preferably completed a Sparkassen apprenticeship as a bank clerk, followed by further studies as a Sparkassen business economist or specialist.
  • Skills: Approach projects methodically and systematically, enjoy trying new approaches, and possess strong moderation and communication skills.
  • Language: Possess excellent language proficiency at C2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
