Job Description

Business Development Manager (M/W/D)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DMG MORI Additive GmbH in Bielefeld. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in the field of Additive Manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Additive Manufacturing market
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to define requirements for new products and solutions
  • Develop and present business cases and decision-making documents to management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Additive Manufacturing market and industry trends
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
