Your Responsibilities
- You will oversee the operation of the Delos Cloud IT Service Management tool, which underpins our IT and business workflows.
- You will assist process owners and key users in configuring their workflows within the tool, ensuring the appropriate features and functionalities are utilized.
- You will collaborate across departments to pinpoint additional requirements and explore opportunities to broaden the capabilities of the ITSM tool.
- As the ITSM service owner, you will manage the essential services for your domain, which may encompass both technical operations and advisory services.
- You will provide training and support to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise regarding the tool and its functionalities.
- You will serve as the primary contact for the ITSM tool, overseeing the billing and licensing framework, while monitoring actual and projected costs to ensure accurate intercompany billing.
- You will liaise with the tool's manufacturer to incorporate the latest advancements and functionalities into our roadmap, aligning with our tool and ITSM strategy.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ITSM consulting, operations, or a related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex process-related challenges.
- Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio, or Lucidchart.
- Proficient in working independently and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both German and English.
