Deine Aufgaben im Detail
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Betrieb des IT Service Management-Tools, das unsere IT- und Geschäftsprozesse unterstützt.
- Du assistierst den Prozessverantwortlichen und Key Usern bei der Abbildung ihrer Prozesse im Tool und konfigurierst die erforderlichen Funktionen.
- Du arbeitest bereichsübergreifend mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um zusätzliche Anforderungen zu identifizieren und die Nutzung des ITSM-Tools zu erweitern.
- Als Service Owner ITSM steuerst du die notwendigen Dienstleistungen für deinen Service, einschließlich technischer Betriebs- und Beratungsleistungen.
- Du schulung und unterstützt Teammitglieder, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die erforderlichen Kenntnisse über das Tool und seine Funktionen besitzen.
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für das ITSM-Tool, überwachst die Kosten und stellst die interne Abrechnung sicher.
- Du stehst im Austausch mit dem Hersteller, um aktuelle Entwicklungen und Funktionen in die Roadmap zu integrieren, sofern dies mit unserer Tool- und ITSM-Strategie übereinstimmt.
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im ITSM-Consulting oder -Betrieb.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in führenden ITSM-Systemen sowie deren Funktionen und Technologien.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in bereichsübergreifenden Teams.
- Erfahrung mit Prozessverbesserungsinitiativen wie Lean Six Sigma oder Agile.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
