Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the Delos Cloud IT Service Management tool that facilitates our IT and business workflows.
- Assist process owners and key users in configuring their processes within the tool, ensuring the appropriate features and functionalities are utilized.
- Collaborate across departments to identify additional requirements and explore opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the ITSM tool.
- As the ITSM service owner, manage the essential services related to your domain, encompassing both technical operations and advisory services.
- Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise regarding the tool and its functionalities.
- Act as the primary contact for the ITSM tool, overseeing billing and licensing models, while monitoring actual and projected costs to ensure accurate intercompany billing.
- Engage with the software vendor to incorporate the latest developments and features into the roadmap, aligning with our tool and ITSM strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITSM consulting, operations, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing complex process-related challenges.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio, or Lucidchart.
- Proficient in both German and English.
