We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future business strategy in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential strategic business partners to operationalise our strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional partners, allocating relevant KPIs and performance measurement practices
- Analyse market data and make recommendations for market entry plans and routes to market
- Execute business case analysis for market entry plans and sales channels, seeking new ways to market
- Conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models
- Audit regional partners' compliance with Grenadier processes and standards, creating action plans as part of performance management
Requirements
- International customer and product launch business development experience
- A creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking, with a good understanding of global automotive-related trends, especially in the 4x4 off-road segment
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
