We're seeking a talented Global Change Management Strategist to lead our efforts in organizational development and change management.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles. As a Global Change Management Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing robust global change management strategies to achieve our organizational goals. You'll lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes, communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally, and develop and implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change
  • Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design, or comparable
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale
  • Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context
  • Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale
