Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at INEOS, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential strategic business partners to operationalize our strategy. You will establish business models and ways of working with regional partners, allocate relevant KPIs, and challenge if required. Additionally, you will collect and analyze market data and market potential, making recommendations for market entry plans and routes to market. You will execute strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market. Furthermore, you will conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models. You will also audit regional partners' compliance with INEOS processes and standards, creating action plans as part of the performance management practice. You will appoint and terminate regional business partners as and when required.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with international customer and product launch business development experience. A creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking is more important than automotive sector experience. You should have a proven track record working in an international business environment. You should have a good understanding of global automotive-related trends, especially linked to the 4x4 off-road segment. You should have strong analytical and negotiating skills.
