About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dive Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with clients across various engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various acquisition channels to generate valuable leads and drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights to inform product management decisions and drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product development team to ensure seamless integration of new business opportunities into our product offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English language.
  • Personal Qualities: Calm personality, disciplined work ethic, competitive and results-oriented mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
