We are seeking a Strategic Sales Manager (m/f/d) specializing in industrial packaging solutions. This role is designed for a professional who will play a crucial part in expanding our client's customer network and service offerings.

About Our Client

Our client is a prominent provider of complex transport packaging solutions tailored for industrial clients. Their clientele includes major OEMs and suppliers within the automotive sector, as well as companies in machinery, aerospace, and electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of transport packaging solutions to large industrial clients in Germany, with individual revenue responsibility.
  • Continuous market analysis to identify and develop new customer and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration with business unit leadership to innovate new products and services.
  • Providing technical consultation to clients.
  • Engaging in networking activities and attending trade shows.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director for Germany.
Candidate Requirements
  • Successfully completed degree or vocational training.
  • Several years of experience in solution sales of products or services to large industrial clients.
  • Experience in the packaging industry or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Modern sales approach and methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
