We are currently seeking to fill a position at our headquarters for our Global Innovation FP&A Team.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Research & Development (d/f/m)

Join a dynamic team at our headquarters, collaborating with a dedicated global FP&A team and colleagues worldwide to drive impactful business results, foster growth, and enhance learning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate financial reports and analyses for the global R&D organization, including project costs, capital expenditures, and personnel cost planning.
  • Assist the R&D organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Support project managers in formulating business plans for new product initiatives.
  • Facilitate subsidy and R&D grant application processes from a financial perspective with external entities.
  • Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making within the R&D organization, driving growth and return on investment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D context, ideally with project cost management expertise.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to comprehend complex product portfolios and life cycles.
  • Proficient technical knowledge with the ability to create consistent reporting and modeling in Power BI and Excel, and adapt to future developments in the BI landscape, with experience in SAP.
  • Customer-oriented, structured thinker, and attentive to deadlines.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
