This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in the global employment landscape as a Senior Payroll Specialist - Austria, part of our Global Payroll Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary expert for payroll processes in Austria, maintaining strong relationships with essential stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Oversee the complete payroll cycle in-house, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing exceptions, approvals, payments, and maintaining data integrity.
- Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Enhance and streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and support to fellow payroll specialists.
- Assist regional managers during their absence.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll management.
- Familiarity with payroll best practices.
- Proficient in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international work environment, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Proactive in seeking improvements and efficiencies in work processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.

The salary range for this full-time position is between $33,000 and $77,000, influenced by various factors including location, skills, experience, and market conditions.
