Senior Payroll Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Payroll Specialist, der unsere wachsende Organisation unterstützt
Als Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unser Headquarter sowie unsere Operations. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass alle relevanten Daten korrekt erfasst und verarbeitet werden.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Verwaltung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für das Headquarter und die Operations;
- Bereitstellung von Personaldaten und Erstellung von personalrelevanten Auswertungen für das Management;
- Begleitung von Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerprüfungen sowie Jahresabschlüssen mit den Wirtschaftsprüfern;
- Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten mit Payroll-relevantem Bezug;
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Payroll-Prozesse und -Tools durch direkte Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern;
- Klärung und Bearbeitung von Sachverhalten rund um Mutterschutz, Elternzeit, Pfändungen und bAV sowie spezielle SV Fälle;
- Erstellen von Auskunfts-, Bescheinigungs- und Meldepflichten gegenüber Sozialversicherung, Finanzamt und Behörden;
- Ansprechpartner für die Beschäftigten und Führungskräfte in abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen.
Dein Profil:
- Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Lohnbuchhaltung oder HR;
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung; vorzugsweise in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen;
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht;
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit deutscher Abrechnungssoftware (idealerweise SAP) wünschenswert;
- Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Serviceorientierung;
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
