**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Operations Team in Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Austria, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor and support payroll specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure seamless support during times of absence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices and software tools, such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced international work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely.

- A competitive salary range of $33,000 to $77,000, depending on location and experience.
