Sales Associate/Entry-Level Sales Representative

Blume2000 is Germany's largest retail chain and online retailer in the flower and plant trade with around stores. We bring a piece of nature to the city every day – and that as a Hamburg-based company since. For the implementation of our unique and modern store and service concept, we are looking for you as a passionate sales associate/entry-level sales representative (m/w/d) as a city sales representative for several of our stores in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work in our stores in Berlin and help flexibly in different teams.
  • You will support and inspire our customers in selecting their favorite products.
  • You will actively advise our customers and sell bouquets, plants, and gift items.
  • You will create bouquets according to the BLUME concept after successfully participating in our internal workshop.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and presenting our product assortment in an appealing manner.
  • You will support cash handling.

Requirements:

  • You have completed a vocational training in the retail sector or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained experience in floristry, a creative environment, or sales.
  • You are enthusiastic about flowers and plants and can infect our customers with your enthusiasm.
  • You enjoy binding bouquets and have fun selling and interacting with customers. We will teach you how to bind bouquets in our workshops.
  • You enjoy creating flower and plant arrangements and setting up bouquets, plants, and trendy decorative items.
  • Your strengths are your friendly demeanor, organization, and joy in communication.

  • 49-Euro-Ticket (costs taken over)
