As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for all tasks in sales, including cash handling, merchandising, product presentation, markdowns, cleanliness, and organization. You will also be responsible for managing the store independently during your shift and serving as the first point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store independently during your shift, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment, including product presentation, displays, and signage.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
