About the Role

Zertificon Solutions GmbH, a leading software manufacturer and IT security specialist, is seeking a talented Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our 6-person marketing team, you will play a crucial role in positioning and communicating our encryption solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer journey strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Design and create high-quality marketing materials, including newsletters, online content, and sales collateral.
  • Conduct vendor research and procure media advertising and services to support marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Assist with SEO, market research, marketing automation, and print materials, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • First work experience in marketing (as an intern) and/or a relevant degree (e.g., business administration). Dropped out of university? No problem, apply anyway.
  • Passion for marketing in all its facets, including content marketing, email, automation, and website optimization.
  • Enjoy complexity: IT, economics, and business inspire you more than pure lifestyle topics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Native-level German language skills, with confidence in English skills to understand English sources and work in an international team.
