Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Departmental Support: Assist in the rapid expansion of Filu while gaining valuable insights into various sectors such as Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, and Finance.
  • Strategic and Operational Insight: Provide strategic and operational assistance to the founders and leadership team.
  • Independent Projects: Manage and execute individual projects as directed by the founding team.
  • Process Improvement: Establish, evaluate, and enhance existing processes.
  • Cultivating a Positive Culture: Contribute to Filu's open and supportive work environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Initial experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment banking.
  • Currently pursuing at least the fourth semester of studies in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Health Administration, or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective and mature communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and interpersonal relations.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A passion for pets or ownership of one is a plus.
