Our headquarters are located in Shanghai, China, with a European office situated in Munich, Germany. We are currently seeking an Internship - Business Development to join our EU Business Development team in Munich.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive market research.
- Enhance sales training initiatives across our markets.
- Support our expansion in Europe by identifying and securing distribution partners.
- Engage in various cross-functional projects, including initiatives related to recycling of used vehicles and batteries, and connectivity solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Seeking a 6-12 month internship opportunity in Munich.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at an accredited institution in a relevant business discipline such as Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or Economics.
- Possess prior experience or a genuine interest in Business Development.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities.
- Show enthusiasm for Aiways' mission.
- Exhibit the capacity to thrive in a start-up environment with a positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Display effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional EU languages is advantageous.
