About Us
We are a pioneering startup in the culinary and wellness sector, specializing in premium kimchi alongside a comprehensive health management technology solution. Our operations extend across Germany, catering to diverse customer segments with varying health and lifestyle requirements. Our founding team possesses a wealth of experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, scientific research, and startup scaling.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our experienced founding team to develop the venture and enhance our presence in the German market (with plans for further expansion).
  • Contribute to one or more of the following key areas:
  • Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management: Assist in formulating and executing our marketing strategy, crafting market-facing communications, and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Business and Product Development: Aid in refining our product and service offerings.
  • Sales & Market Development: Support the establishment of sales channels and assist clients.
  • Production: Help scale our production capabilities.
  • IT Support, Web/App Development, and Webshop Management: Participate in designing, building, and managing the technological framework of our company.
Qualifications
  • You are currently a student (Bachelor's – year 2 or Master's – any year) based in Munich.
  • You have a keen interest in food, health, and fitness topics.
  • You are a native German speaker with proficient written English skills.
  • You possess a strong motivation to contribute to business growth; you are hands-on, team-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You demonstrate clear and goal-oriented communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Practical experience or an academic background in at least one of the aforementioned areas is preferred.
  • Experience in startup environments is advantageous.
