Our focus lies in the fields of climate control, cabinet equipment, process cooling, and signaling technology, particularly emphasizing 'safety for people, machines, and the environment.'

Strategic Product Development Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Facilitation and management of global innovation processes from market to product
  • Identification of organic and inorganic growth opportunities in existing and new markets
  • Development of business cases, corporate, and product strategies in close collaboration with our product managers
  • Support for business units worldwide in the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, along with the presentation of solid decision-making documents
  • Direct reporting line to the CEO
Your Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Completed Master's degree (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable)
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills in English
  • You are dynamically inclined, eager to learn, and wish to proactively shape the development of product management
  • You possess a keen interest in global trends and sales and have a fundamental technical understanding
  • With your strong curiosity and agile mindset, you analyze growth potentials through market and customer orientation
  • Fluent in both German and English

Desirable Qualifications

  • Initial relevant experience in consulting/strategy
  • Experience with strategy and business development projects with an international focus
  • Experience in developing digital strategies, leading projects, supporting strategy processes (ideally OKR), and in consulting
