About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Development Manager to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our corporate development department, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company goals
  • Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics
  • Several years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing materials for high-level meetings
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, driving projects to completion
  • Knowledge of the industry's market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic business drivers
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and/or German would be an asset
