We successfully develop, manufacture, and distribute high-quality technical products. - Strategic Development Manager / Innovation Lead / Product Management Head (m/w/d)
- Facilitate and oversee global innovation processes from market analysis to product development.
- Identify both organic and inorganic growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Develop business cases, corporate strategies, and product strategies in close collaboration with our product managers.
- Support business units worldwide in executing strategic initiatives and present solid decision-making frameworks.
- Direct reporting line to the CEO.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills in English.
- You are dynamic, eager to learn, and wish to proactively shape product management development.
- You possess an affinity for global trends and sales, along with a fundamental technical understanding.
- With your strong curiosity and agile mindset, you analyze growth potential through market and customer orientation.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Initial relevant experience in consulting or strategy.
- Experience with strategy and business development projects with an international focus.
- Experience in developing digital strategies, leading projects, supporting strategy processes (ideally OKR), and in consulting.
- A permanent employment contract.
