We're seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to lead our dynamic team in driving customer acquisition and maximizing ROI across key channels. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll spearhead direct-response campaigns, optimize budgets, and expand into new international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Take ownership of key performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others, leading the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns.
- Oversee SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and lead influencer marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, refining strategies and improving targeting to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
- Fluency in English and German (B2).
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international markets.
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across all important digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
