Senior Paid Social Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Growth marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data-driven campaigns that foster creativity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex paid social campaigns across multiple social media platforms, leveraging data and analytics to drive results.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for clients.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets for paid social campaigns, preparing forecasts and media plans to achieve optimal results.
- Identify and define target audiences for effective ad targeting, collaborating with design teams to create compelling visuals and videos.
- Design and implement testing roadmaps and paid social strategies, configuring conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success.
- Implement A/B tests to compare ad variations, targeting strategies, and landing pages for performance optimization.
- Manage shop feeds and provide guidance and training to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in hands-on paid social projects, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and achieving success.
- Deep knowledge of data and analysis, with expertise in Excel, Pivot, and platform data.
- Tech enthusiast with a hands-on mentality, able to solve problems and think creatively.
- Open-minded and proactive, with great communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Passion for Paid Social and staying up-to-date with industry trends and news.
- Strong understanding of numbers and KPIs, with the ability to control complex campaign set-ups, budgets, and results.
