About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social to join our Regional Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the strategy for all paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid social advertising campaigns to drive app acquisition and improve performance against monthly targets.
Conduct in-depth analysis and make data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation between channels, devices, and campaigns.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality delivery and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide clear guidance on effectively implementing local tactics.
Contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and disseminate digital expertise across teams within the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
Proven track record of managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
Experience leading projects, instructing teams, and managing various stakeholders.
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
University degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering, or a similar field.
Experience leveraging incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
