Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid social marketing strategies to drive channel growth and optimize market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid social marketing strategies across key social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of paid social campaigns to drive performance and growth.
- Perform strategic data mining and deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead multiple key projects to improve team performance and drive growth, including topics such as creative, tech, and app.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of work experience in online marketing with a strong focus on paid social.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Excel, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to lead and develop team members to drive performance and growth.
