About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Growth marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data-driven campaigns that foster creativity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex paid social campaigns across multiple social media platforms, leveraging data and analytics to drive results.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client goals and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparing forecasts and media plans.
- Identify and define target audiences for effective ad targeting.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals and videos for ad campaigns.
- Design and implement testing roadmaps and paid social strategies.
- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms and A/B tests to measure campaign success.
- Manage shop feeds and provide guidance and training to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in hands-on paid social projects.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis with Excel, Pivot, and platform data.
- Tech enthusiast with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded and proactive, with a passion for Paid Social and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Great communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- A proven track record in leading complex projects and achieving success.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to concisely communicate results.
- Ability to implement paid social strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget.
- Effective budget management and campaign optimization skills.
