We're looking for a Sales Lead to join our Berlin sales team and experience everything we have to offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. Identify potential clients and target them through email campaigns.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners. Leverage these relationships to bring in qualified leads.
  • Brand Management: Promote the company's brand in the Berlin Real Estate market.
  • Qualification: Manage new business enquiries and conduct consultative qualification exercises to identify client needs and pain points.
  • Touring: Conduct in-person and virtual viewings with prospective members. Educate them on our brand, offerings, and promotions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Follow up with leads, negotiate pricing structures, and close deals. Draw up new contracts and offer expertise on renewal agreements.
  • Handover to Community: Ensure a smooth transition for new members by working with building teams and communicating effectively.
  • Reporting: Keep sales data up to date, track pipeline lead probability, and analyze trends to inform strategic sales decisions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with outbound and channel sales.
  • Experience building sales strategy based on market analysis.
  • Drive, motivation, and a hunger for results.
  • Affinity for management, with experience coaching junior team members.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus).
