Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Premium Exhibitions GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers and fostering their development to achieve shared sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Lead market analysis preparation and support the team in creating comprehensive market analyses
  • Oversee the marketing of exhibition spaces and sponsorships to customers from various segments
  • Assist in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Conceptualize special areas to support the positioning of our product segments
  • Serve as an experienced point of contact for customers and ensure a positive customer journey
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and presentation materials and present the results to management
  • Collaborate with marketing to coordinate lead generation activities and expand the customer base
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally with leadership experience
  • Experience in marketing and/or event production
  • Proven success in sales and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong persuasive abilities
  • Analytical skills, strong business acumen, and organizational talent
  • Fluent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
