Strategic HR Partner for Commercial Departments

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Commercial departments in our Berlin Headquarters. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our senior leadership team and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive organizational change and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with senior management to provide solutions for multifaceted People issues
  • Understand the business strategy and challenges of the Commercial departments to define the people strategy and respective HR priorities
  • Deliver on key HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance and talent management
  • Coach managers in people skills to retain and develop key talent
  • Identify training needs and introduce new training formats in collaboration with the L&D department
  • Leverage People Analytics data to drive change and support stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider People team to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity
Requirements
  • Min. 3-5 years relevant HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with excellent marks in HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing People projects across the employee lifecycle
  • Fluency in English is a must (German a plus)
  • Experience working in an environment with work councils is a plus
