As a key member of the HR team, the HR Business Partner will report directly to the Head of HR Business Partnering. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and the Talent team to enhance organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include executing Talent initiatives such as performance evaluations, promotions, and action plans derived from employee feedback. The HR Business Partner will engage with stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation of these initiatives. Additionally, this position focuses on refining organizational design and structure while providing leadership and management coaching during periods of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic ally to senior leaders on workforce matters, including organizational design, structure, growth, and daily operations.
- Collaborate with Readdle managers across various business functions to develop strategies on talent-related topics such as engagement, talent development, headcount approvals, and onboarding initiatives.
- Guide Readdle managers in enhancing their leadership capabilities, achieving exceptional results with their teams, and honing their management skills.
- Facilitate a top-tier onboarding experience for new hires and promoted employees, ensuring they become high-performing contributors in their roles.
- Assist leaders in delivering constructive feedback by managing and coordinating the Readdle Performance Management process.
- Ensure ongoing legal compliance and address complex employee issues effectively.
- Establish and uphold exceptional Performance Management and Talent Development practices that align with business objectives and foster a high-performing team.
- Support team members and managers in their professional growth to ensure they possess the necessary skills to meet business goals.
- Continuously refine and update these processes as the organization evolves and business needs change.
- Oversee professional development and succession planning initiatives.
- Work closely with the Employment Brand team to cultivate a culture that aligns with and supports the business strategy.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure all HR administrative activities are executed efficiently and that internal policies foster a high-performance culture.
- Engage with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to establish compliant employment practices.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR experience in technology or product organizations, with comprehensive knowledge of human resource management.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders in dynamic environments.
- Ability to navigate and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose challenges promptly.
- Effective communication skills to manage and resolve objections.
- Expertise in coaching managers, team members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of German labor laws.
