In this role, reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior leadership and the Talent team to drive organizational effectiveness. This includes executing Talent initiatives such as performance evaluations, promotions, and action plans derived from employee feedback. The HR Business Partner will engage with stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation of these initiatives. Additionally, you will focus on refining organizational design and structure while providing leadership in change management and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering & Workforce PlanningAct as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce matters, including organizational structure, growth strategies, and daily operations.Collaborate with Readdle managers across various business functions to develop strategies on talent-related topics such as engagement, talent development, headcount approvals, and onboarding initiatives.Guide Readdle managers in enhancing their leadership capabilities, achieving outstanding results with their teams, and developing their management skills.

OnboardingFacilitate exceptional onboarding experiences for new hires and promoted employees, ensuring they become high-performing contributors in their roles.Assist leaders in delivering constructive feedback by managing and coordinating the Readdle Performance Management process.Ensure ongoing legal compliance and address complex employee issues effectively.

Talent Development Practices & ProcessesEstablish and uphold exemplary Performance Management and Talent Development practices that align with business objectives and foster a high-performing team.Support team members and managers in their professional growth to ensure they possess the necessary skills to meet business goals.Continuously refine and update these processes as the organization evolves and business needs change.

Succession PlanningOversee professional development and succession planning initiatives.

Collaboration Across TeamsWork closely with the Employment Brand team to cultivate a culture that aligns with and supports the business strategy.Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure effective execution of all administrative HR activities and that internal policies foster a high-performance culture.Engage with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to develop compliant employment practices.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in HR within Tech/Product organizations, with comprehensive knowledge and expertise in human resource management.Proven experience partnering with business leaders in dynamic environments.Ability to navigate and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.Proficient in diagnosing challenges and developing effective solutions.Strong communication skills to manage and resolve objections.Expertise in coaching managers, team members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources.Familiarity with German labor laws.
