As the primary point of contact for global top management, you will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategy and driving organizational success. You will collaborate closely with executives, providing expert guidance on all HR matters and supporting their decision-making processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to our Board of Directors and Executives, proactively addressing challenges and providing strategic insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Champion the implementation of Group-wide HR policies, processes, and standards within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with top management to develop and implement talent management strategies, performance management systems, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs for top management and executives.
  • Lead HR projects to drive continuous improvement and support the company's evolving needs.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience (5+ years) in HR within a global organization, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (written and spoken), with additional language proficiency being a valuable asset.
