Position: Regional Sales Manager (w/m/d) Location: Köln, HQ Employment Type: Permanent

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the regional responsibility for drive products (electric and H2) within the DACH/Northern Europe region with a strategic focus on sustainability Conduct sales negotiations and discussions, securing contracts with OEMs and end customers Acquire new customers and manage orders from existing clients Establish and train competent sales structures and enhance support concepts in sales and service Commercially lead and monitor customer projects, including results tracking Manage and optimize the sales network regarding qualification, agreement, and adherence to targets for assigned products Develop sales strategies for market entry and market retention, as well as market engagement in the assigned region Monitor embargoes and import restrictions, and protect against trademark infringements Responsible for regional sales and budget planning

Your Profile:

Completed degree in business or engineering, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in sales Several years of experience in sales and implementation of complex sales processes Leadership experience in managing professional, disciplinary, and project-related teams Ideally, experience in the Western European market Excellent communication and abstraction skills Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken Familiar with developing and executing analysis and strategy processes High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking Structured working style and organizational talent Willingness to travel within the region is essential
