Job Overview
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Regional Marketing Division.
- Adapt and execute the Global marketing strategy within the DACH Region, ensuring the successful rollout of tactical marketing initiatives as outlined by Global Marketing, Global Product Management, Global Launch Management, and Global/DACH T&E.
- Collaborate with fellow Marketing Managers and maintain close coordination with the Global Marketing Management Team alongside the Regional Sales Organization.
- Manage all commercial marketing efforts, including product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational planning, partnership activities, and key regional and local symposiums.
- Offer strategic market insights and work in conjunction with all functional areas across the Regional Countries and Headquarters.
- Provide leadership in product positioning, set performance expectations, and monitor country/RSM/Rep performances while assessing customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for generating MQL and SQL for the sales team and driving regional product development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Academic qualifications, preferably a Master's degree, in Marketing and Communication.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing department within a subsidiary of a global enterprise.
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
- In-depth knowledge of products and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Able to independently manage assigned tasks and responsibilities while maintaining alignment with the Global Marketing organization, DACH marketing team, Regional Sales organization, and DACH T&E.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive practical experience in Digital Marketing and Funnel Management.
