Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Cologne region for ONLY & SONS Germany.

Our Strategic Objectives:
  • Establish a strong retail presence in the German market for men's clothing
  • Collaborate with the International Retail Director to position ONLY & SONS stores strategically in the German market
  • Work closely with the Retail Director to ensure success in the international retail market
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in regional business development and management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a retail strategy for the Cologne region
  • Drive business growth and revenue through effective store management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals
