Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Cologne region for ONLY & SONS Germany.
Our Strategic Objectives:- Establish a strong retail presence in the German market for men's clothing
- Collaborate with the International Retail Director to position ONLY & SONS stores strategically in the German market
- Work closely with the Retail Director to ensure success in the international retail market
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in regional business development and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
- Develop and implement a retail strategy for the Cologne region
- Drive business growth and revenue through effective store management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals
