Job Title: Sales & Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for sales and operations? Do you have a strong understanding of business operations and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of revenue opportunity and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • Assist in the testing and development of sales-related systems and processes.
  • Partner with finance and commissions analysts to ensure accurate compensation planning and sales incentives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales operations or similar operational function.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in German language (desirable but not essential).
  • Practical experience in using CRM and business intelligence systems, particularly SFDC and Tableau.
