Senior Packaging Development Engineer

DEINE AUFGABEN IM ÜBERBLICK
In der Rolle als (Lead) Engineer Packaging Development (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Bewertung von nachhaltigen und wirtschaftlichen Verpackungslösungen, wobei du Qualitäts-, Handels-, Verbraucher-, Rechts- und Umweltanforderungen berücksichtigst. Zudem optimierst du bestehende Verpackungen. Du identifizierst standortübergreifende Harmonisierungspotenziale bei Verpackungsmaterialien und -formaten und steuerst deren Umsetzung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Projektteams und externen Partnern koordinierst du Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Verpackungsmaterialien und -technologien. Dabei behältst du den Markt im Auge und handelst im Sinne der Dr. Oetker Nachhaltigkeitscharta. Als strategische*r Ansprechpartner*in übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die dir zugewiesenen Sortimentsbereiche, einschließlich der Steuerung und Überwachung internationaler Verpackungskonzepte sowie der Unterstützung bei verpackungsrelevanten Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du die Produktionsstätten bei Tests mit neuen Verpackungsmaterialien und entwickelst notwendige Qualitätsstandards.DEIN PROFIL
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verpackungstechnik oder Verpackungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit flexiblen und formstabilen Verpackungsmaterialien sowie umfassende Projektmanagementkenntnisse mit. Du hast gute Kenntnisse in SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen. Deine ausgezeichneten Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten machen dich zu einem Teamplayer, der in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams erfolgreich agiert. Du bist ein organisatorisches Talent mit einer strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise, unterstützt durch analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken. Zu deinen Stärken zählen Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
