Your Role as an Industrial Engineer (m/w/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and Managing Production Processes: Overseeing the manufacturing workflows of new projects from development to series production in collaboration with our production facilities.
  • Selection of Manufacturing Techniques: Choosing appropriate production methods while considering quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
  • Creating Specifications: Developing detailed requirements for production equipment from implementation to series launch.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Ongoing optimization of manufacturing processes and validation of machine and process capabilities.
  • Project Costing: Conducting calculations during the project implementation phase.
  • Industrial Planning: Drafting, coordinating, and supporting the execution of industrial plans.
  • Technical Documentation: Producing technical syncromaps, value stream analyses, process flow diagrams, work instructions, and bill of materials.
  • Investment Planning: Project-specific investment planning for production.
Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or technical qualification with a focus on production, materials, or process engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in technical process development within the plastic engineering sector, particularly in automotive interiors, along with knowledge of relevant products and processes.
  • Proficient technical English skills.
  • REFA knowledge is advantageous.
  • A confident demeanor when interacting with clients and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel to clients and suppliers, including potential trips outside of Europe.
