About the Role

As a Werkstudent Lending Operations Specialist at Raisin Bank, you will play a key role in supporting our teams in various tasks related to customer onboarding. Your responsibilities will include recording customer data, reviewing and verifying customer documents and forms for accuracy and validity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teams in customer onboarding tasks, including data recording and document verification.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures in the lending operations department.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer analyses, including creditworthiness information and company structure data.
  • Create evaluations and support the preparation of presentations and reports.

Requirements
  • Currently studying economics or law.
  • At least 1.5 years until the end of your studies.
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience working with various IT applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and good written and spoken English.
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work between 15 and 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work between Monday and Friday.
