Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Expert to join our team at Innomotics GmbH, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of motors and drives. As a Compliance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with our daily operations, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, and antitrust.
- Data Privacy Management: Manage the Innomotics Data Privacy System in close collaboration with the team of our external data privacy officer, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Evaluate adherence to and efficacy of policies, guidelines, and processes, and drive projects to implement and roll-out new tools, policies, and processes.
- Compliance Training and Awareness: Manage global Compliance training and awareness initiatives, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, law, or engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Several years of experience in compliance, audit, operational review, or related operative business function in a multinational company.
- Skills: Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, highest integrity and ethical values, strategic thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and advise the business.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a must; any other language is a plus.
