About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Expert to join our Legal and Compliance Team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Innomotics Data Privacy System in close collaboration with the team of our external data privacy officer.
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on data privacy-related queries and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Evaluate adherence to and efficacy of policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Drive projects such as the implementation and roll-out of new tools, policies, and/or processes independently and in teams.
  • Manage Compliance training and awareness initiatives globally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, law, or engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in compliance, audit, operational review, or related operative business function in a multinational company.
  • First-hand experience in managing projects and GDPR requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highest integrity and ethical values combined with strategic, critical, and out-of-the-box thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate, enable, and advise the business to assume responsibility for compliant business conduct.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a must. Any other language is a plus.
